RGP Tech provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Website design and SEO
• App development
• Digital marketing and social media management
• Branding and identity design
• Custom software development

The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each service will be defined in a separate service agreement or proposal agreed upon by both parties.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due as outlined in your service agreement. RGP Tech reserves the right to pause or terminate work on any project where payment obligations are not met. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees, the client will own the rights to the final deliverables as outlined in the service agreement. RGP Tech retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. All pre-existing intellectual property, tools, and frameworks used in delivering services remain the property of RGP Tech.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

RGP Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use them, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
• Respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure all materials provided to RGP Tech do not infringe upon any third-party rights

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the relevant proposal or contract. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to Terms

RGP Tech reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
